1- We launched the first version of the Mediterranean Health online store in 2003; all orders were prepared in the store at 77 Ortega y Gasset Street. The second version of the website was launched in 2012; orders were still prepared in the Ortega y Gasset store, but more space was needed.
When we were looking for a location for our third herbalist shop, we had in mind a place with an area we could dedicate to the online store. We found the perfect location in 2013 in the Chueca neighborhood. Since then, all online orders have been shipped from the shop at 29 Barquillo Street.
2- The online store is currently hosted on the Shopify e-commerce platform and is constantly being updated. In addition to being a store, it's where we keep up-to-date information about offers, the company, products, policies, and our healthy living blog.

4- Madrid and Catalonia are the provinces to which we ship most of our orders, but we have customers throughout Spain, including the Canary and Balearic Islands. We also ship our products to France, Italy, and Portugal, and we have the capacity to ship them throughout Europe. For this, we currently use the MRW parcel service and occasionally Correos (the Spanish postal service).
5- Although the online store has sometimes been considered a separate business, it is now considered an important part of the company itself. Many of our in-store customers visit the website before going to their favorite location, and we have online customers from outside Madrid who, when they are in the city, stop by the stores to check them out.
