Shipping of Orders to Spain and Portugal (Peninsula).

To ensure orders arrive in perfect condition and without delays, we use MRW shipping. Deliveries to mainland Spain generally take between 24 and 72 business hours. These times may be subject to delays.

Shipping to mainland Spain and Portugal costs €7 for packages up to 5 kg. Orders over €37 and under 5 kg qualify for FREE shipping .

Orders received before 2:00 PM on non-holiday weekdays (Monday-Friday) will be processed and shipped the same day, provided the products are available in stock.

MRW deliveries are made Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you are not home when the package is delivered, the MRW agent will leave a notification and the delivery will be rescheduled. Simply call 915932033 or visit www.mrw.es and enter your tracking number.

If you work outside the home, we can send your order to your workplace.
If for any reason your order does not arrive in good condition, please contact MRW as soon as possible by calling 915932033. You have up to 24 hours after delivery to file a claim. You can also contact us at pedidos@saludmediterranea.com or call 915222674 or 618828443 .

Shipping to the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands *

In general, deliveries to the Islands will be made within 3 to 7 business days.

Balearics:

Up to 2 kg - €12
2 to 4 Kg - €17
4 to 6 Kg - €30

Canary Islands:

Up to 2 kg - €25
2 to 3 Kg - €30
3 to 5Kg - €40

* Shipments to the Canary Islands are made via Correos (Spanish Postal Service). A national identity card (DNI) is required for delivery. We regret that we cannot ship liquids to the Canary Islands.

Store Pickup

Orders can be collected at our stores at C/ de José Ortega y Gasset 77, Madrid and Santa Maria de la Cabeza 3, Madrid during our business hours: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 - 20:00 and Saturdays, from 10:00 - 14:00.

Orders will be ready in 1 or 2 business days. Once prepared, we will send you a confirmation SMS/WhatsApp to let you know that you can come and pick it up.

In-store pickup orders that have not been paid for and collected will be cancelled after 15 business days. After this time, we cannot guarantee that the products will still be in stock.

Mediterranean Health Guarantee
Mediterranean Health is confident in its products and wants its customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with our Green Tree or Green Essence products, please contact us at 618-828-443. With your proof of purchase, and if no more than 15 days have passed, we will refund the price of one unit.

These general conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the legislation in force in Spain on the matter, which shall apply subsidiarily in all matters not provided for herein.

If you wish to make a consumer complaint, you have the right to request the forms in our physical stores, or you can fill out and submit your complaint form through the Consumer Portal of the Community of Madrid.
