This form of vitamin C is less acidic than the traditional form; in fact, in the case of Herbolario S. Mediterránea's Non-Acidic Vitamin C, the raw material we use, and the manufacturing process, maintains a neutral pH close to 7.
Vitamin C in the form of sodium ascorbate is the one recommended for high doses, as is the case with this product (1,000 mg), as well as in supplements for routine use.
