Instructions for use:
In Infusions:
- Relax : 1 teaspoon of lavender in a cup of very hot water. Let it steep for 5 minutes, strain, and drink slowly.
- Headaches due to stress : 1 teaspoon of lavender per cup of water. 1 cup of infusion 3 times a day.
- To control fever : 2 teaspoons of lavender in a cup of very hot water. Let it steep for 5 minutes, strain, and drink slowly.
- Bad breath (halitosis) : Rinse with lavender infusion.
In Baños:
- Relaxing , add 2 handfuls of lavender to hot water.
- To relieve insect bites : 1 handful of lavender macerated in 250 ml of olive oil for 15 days.
- Cloth bags: for putting in closets or shoe racks.
- Perfume boxes: they serve as air fresheners for the house or car.
