Recommended use:

Body - Sensitive Skin: Use two or three times a week at most. Apply the soap to your hands and then rub it over the area of the body you want to exfoliate.

Body - Normal Skin: This product can be used daily, replacing your usual bar of soap. Apply the product to your hands and then rub it over the area of your body you wish to exfoliate. For a stronger exfoliation, you can use the soap bar directly on the area to be exfoliated two or three times a week.

Facial Cleansing - Sensitive Skin: On the skin of the face, being thinner and more sensitive, use once a week, either by applying it first to the hands and then washing the face, or by using the bar directly on the face.

Facial Cleansing - Normal Skin: Use directly on the skin twice a week.
