Fibra +Prebiótico y Flora 33 is a nutritional supplement composed of fiber, prebiotics and probiotics to maintain the digestive system in optimal condition.
This dietary supplement contains 48 Billion CFU per dose (33 strains), and It is indicated to promote the proper functioning of intestinal transit, repopulation, and maintenance of the intestinal microbiota (bacterial flora).
Fiber, Prebiotic and Flora 33 replaces and improves the old Fiber, Prebiotic and Probiotic, having included a probiotic blend with more strains, and more CFU per dose.
This supplement includes:
Fiber (Plantago or psyllium) : This is a soluble fiber with a high water absorption capacity that helps hydrate stools, making them bulkier and softer. This increased volume stimulates intestinal peristalsis, promoting regular bowel movements.
Prebiotic (fructooligosaccharides): Fructooligosaccharides are natural substances, in this case from chicory, that exert a prebiotic action; that is, they feed our intestinal flora, and therefore contribute to its growth and maintenance in optimal conditions.
Flora 33 (Probiotic Complex): Made up of 33 strains of excellent quality beneficial bacteria that remain unaltered until they reach the intestine. Presentation: 260g metal can.
Directions for use: Take 10 g (one level tablespoon) daily, diluted in a glass of water (200 ml). It is recommended to drink 1.5 L-2 L of water per day.
Important: Due to the different particle sizes of the three ingredients, the Probiotic and the Probiotic may settle at the bottom of the container. Shake before use.

Precautions: Excessive consumption may cause intestinal discomfort. You can start with a smaller amount and gradually increase it to 10g daily to avoid gas. Avoid consuming this product with medications and other fiber-based dietary supplements.
