This product is the same as the old Árbol Verde Pumpkin Oil, only the name, labeling and packaging have changed.
Pumpkin seed oil ( Cucurbita pepo L. ) is an important source of protein, vitamin A, B3, folic acid and vitamin K, magnesium, iron, potassium, zinc, and omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. They are also rich in curcubitin, an amino acid beneficial for the urinary system and for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
Pumpkin seeds also contain essential amino acids such as tryptophan, which plays a role in the formation of serotonin, helping to regulate sleep and the nervous system. They are also rich in arginine, an amino acid that aids in sperm production in men, making them beneficial for male fertility.
The curcubin in pumpkin seeds is also an important vermifuge, so it is widely used for the prevention and treatment of intestinal parasites, such as roundworms.
