Green smoothies are all the rage. They're an easy and delicious way to get your vegetables quickly. They're great for breakfast or as a snack.
Before drinking this smoothie, or any other, we advise you to:
- Chew your smoothie: it sounds strange, but make the act of chewing to stimulate the digestive enzymes that begin the digestion of food.
- Use room temperature water, although in summer it is very tempting to drink a very cold smoothie, doing so can result in worse digestion.
- Add aromatic herbs to give different flavors to your smoothies; for example, you could add mint to this one.

Ingredients
250 ml of water
1 cucumber
Clean leaves of lamb's lettuce
8 spinach leaves
1 Granny Smith green apple
10 grams of VerdesPlus
Method
We thoroughly clean the spinach leaves, the lamb's lettuce, the apple, and the cucumber.
We cut the apple and cucumber into cubes, and chop the spinach and lamb's lettuce - especially if your blender isn't very powerful.
In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until everything is combined.
