• 2 tablespoons of topical clay
  • 1/2 tablespoon of rolled oats (or quinoa if you have gluten sensitivity)
  • 1 tablespoon of avocado oil
  • Room temperature mineral water

Mix all the ingredients in a glass bowl with a wooden spoon. The consistency of the mask should be like a paste, easy to spread, but not completely runny. Use it immediately.
