Fancy a few days at the spa? Even if you don't have the time or money for a week-long spa getaway, taking care of yourself should be a priority. We're suggesting a week where, with just a little time, you can feel refreshed and rejuvenated. Interested?

Monday: Hair Mask
On Monday night, we started with a hair mask to hydrate both the hair and scalp. Hydrating the scalp helps reduce and even eliminate dandruff. In addition, hydrating the hair makes it softer, shinier, and more manageable.
Weleda's rosemary hair mask is ideal for all hair types. Using your fingertips and circular motions, apply the oil first to your scalp, and then through the rest of your hair. Leave it on overnight—using a towel over your pillow to protect it while you sleep—and wash your hair thoroughly in the morning. You'll immediately notice your hair is softer, silkier, shinier, and frizz-free.
Tuesday: DIY Face Mask
At night, prepare this face mask with a clay base and other natural ingredients. With your face already washed—you can use coconut oil to remove makeup and dirt accumulated during the day—and while it's still damp, apply the mask all over your face, neck, and chest, avoiding your eyes, nostrils, and mouth. Use very gentle, upward circular motions. Leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes. If you notice the mask drying out and becoming uncomfortable, rinse well with water and then gently massage it off with your fingertips in circular motions until all traces of the mask are removed.
Once your face, neck and chest are clean and dry, use a regenerating oil, such as rosehip or Argan oil from Árbol Verde.
Wednesday: Body Exfoliation and Hydration
In the shower, using a loofah, exfoliate your entire body, paying special attention to your knees, elbows, and heels, and being very careful around your neck, chest, and breasts. Always use loofahs gently and never rub aggressively.
With the skin already clean, exfoliated and dry, we will spread almond oil all over the body and leave it on the skin for a few minutes until it is well absorbed before getting dressed.
Thursday: Manicure and Pedicure
Even if you don't paint your nails, a manicure and pedicure will give your feet and hands the moisture they need. Start by filing down any calluses on your feet with a pumice stone. Then, thoroughly clean your feet and hands and apply avocado oil , especially to the driest areas—heels, cuticles, etc. Use an orange stick to gently push back your cuticles towards your toes, and trim your nails to your desired length.
You'll start the weekend refreshed on Friday, without even leaving home. Enjoy!
