Fresas con chocolate, un postre sin gluten y sin lactosa, de fácil elaboración

We love delicious desserts, and this one is also natural and, although it contains chocolate, quite healthy, since it is not only a fruit-based dessert, but also has the antioxidants of dark chocolate and the good fats of coconut oil.

Preparing it will take you less than 10 minutes and the result is spectacular, both to eat on its own, or to serve after a dinner at home.

Ingredients:

500 grams of strawberries
225 grams of chopped dark chocolate (preferably over 70% cocoa)
2 teaspoons of coconut oil

Preparation:

Wash and dry the strawberries carefully, leaving the stems and leaves intact. Set them aside.

Prepare a metal tray, lining it with wax paper, or with a silicone baking mat. Put it in the refrigerator or freezer.

In a heat-resistant glass bowl, over a small saucepan of water on low heat, melt the coconut oil and chocolate together, stirring constantly until completely melted.

Coat each strawberry, I like to leave a quarter of the strawberry uncovered, and place it on the cold tray you prepared, so that the chocolate cools down more quickly.

Work quickly but carefully, and let them cool in the fridge if it's hot, the chocolate will harden, until it's time to serve.

If you prefer, you can serve the chocolate in small individual bowls, to dip the strawberries in fondue style.
