What to eat on a plane
I love to travel, but I never eat airplane food. It never agreed with me, and since I stopped eating it, I arrive at my destination feeling lighter, without bloating, gas, or dehydration.
This is the healthy food I take for plane trips, although you can use it for train, bus or car trips - where, normally, you will have more opportunity to bring whatever you want.
