Thank you to everyone who responded to our survey. It was a great success, and we're already implementing some of your suggestions. The survey is now closed, and I wanted to answer some of the questions you asked.
Could you make more offers?
We like to offer deals and we do so whenever we can; in fact, we have weekly deals every Wednesday, quarterly deals, and special promotions. However, our company policy is to always offer very competitive prices on our products—both our own and those of other brands—which means we have limited room for discounts.
Do you only sell your own brands?
In our stores—both physical and online—we carry many national and international brands in addition to our own Árbol Verde and Esencia Verde brands. However, this isn't readily apparent online, so we've added a menu allowing you to search for products by brand. You can view it here or find it under the WELLNESS menu, specifically under SUPPLEMENTS BY BRAND.
Why doesn't the online store have all the products that are available in physical stores?
We're working on it, and we expect that in the coming months the vast majority of the products we sell in physical stores will also be available online. Until then, you can always contact us by email at pedidos@saludmediterranea.com or by phone at 618-828-443 to add a product that isn't yet in the online store to your order.
Although in the near future we will have most of the products that are in physical stores, each store has its own personality, and some of the products vary depending on the clientele of each area in which we are located, so the catalog will never be exactly the same in all stores.
Why is there hardly any food in the online store?
A few years ago we made the decision as a company to open a store focused on supplements and cosmetics - our store in Chueca (C/Barquillo 29) and a little later we decided to transform the store in Manuel Becerra (C/José Ortega y Gasset 77) and eliminate the food we had there, the website which already had little food, followed those steps.
At our Atocha store (Paseo Sta. María de la Cabeza 3), we continue to offer food products, and healthy eating is a fundamental part of our lifestyle and has been a pillar of our company. However, we are happy to have made this decision as a company, as it has allowed us to focus on quality supplements and cosmetics at good prices, something we knew was needed in the market.
I've had a problem with an order and you haven't responded to me.
